Many wonder how I could be a publicly known Soviet/Russian military informant.     In the cartoon series “The Bullwinkle Show”, both characters are depicted as vehemently anti-Communist and the setting is in the middle of the Cold War.     Properly identifying the cartoon characters, Bullwinkle is a Roosevelt descendant (Republican) and Rocky is a Stanton descendant (Republican).     This Stanton is not related to Elizabeth Cady Stanton, the famous American woman’s suffragist.  Although Bullwinkle is a Roosevelt descendant, he is only biologically placed as my cousin or uncle.    

I have never had contact and do not get along with the impostors claiming to be Roosevelt descendants.  They have left me with a legal mess, and are maliciously negligent in informing me of my ancestry in a timely manner. Greedy, selfish, condescending and incompetent, they have squatted on Oyster Bay and the rest of my estate while I often live in poverty.     We do not politically see eye to eye, and they have no right to criticize this website while deliberately spreading defamation, libel and slander through Wikipedia, www.theodoreroosevelt.org, and other websites.     I have not and never will work for any government, including the U.S., U.K. or Canadian governments, and resent the patronizing tactics of those falsely also claiming to be Roosevelt descendants, such as those on the “Rocky and Bullwinkle Show”.

The formal title of the executive leadership of the U.S. government used to be “President and Supreme Commander of the United States”, which was then split into two separate positions.   My biological father, Archibald Bulloch Roosevelt II (Republican), was then named Supreme Commander of the United States in case of nuclear war with the Soviet Union, an unpaid permanent position (with also no expense or damages reimbursement) authorized by the U.S. military under U.S. President John F. Kennedy (Democrat) in 1962.   This legal proclamation was officially issued to my biological father and internationally in writing to several countries during the Cold War before the United States’ membership in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (N.A.T.O.).     The Supreme Commander of the United States, as an unelected position, was to restore law and order of the structural and functional U.S. government.   The need to separate the positions was justified in that there would there be a need for leadership outside of Washington, D.C. to restore civilization in the aftermath of nuclear war.     The political title was never renounced by my father before his death, and I am his sole surviving biological descendant.  As surrogates in the middle of the Cold War, my biological parents did not know their true biological ancestries and histories and that several of their biological family members had immigrated to the U.S.S.R. – in Czechoslovakia, Russia and Ukraine, and that the biological family members in the U.S.S.R. did not know the whereabouts of my biological family members in the U.S. either  This is often the status of ‘surrogate slaves’, who do not knowingly or voluntarily contribute their DNA to Nazi breeding programs in the first place.  It is thus surprising my father was named this title by the U.S. Department of Defense, as the U.S. government would not replace my biological mother’s birth certificate (she was born a biological Roosevelt and did not need the name through marriage), with all of the family openly identifying her as such. 

When the fact that my biological mother was also a von Bismarck descendant became apparent, our greatest enemy became the British and German monarchies and their governments, who ceased being our allies and became our worst enemy.     As one can read in “Hatred of German Descent”, the insecure British and Germans proceeded to systemically murder all of the Roosevelt family along with the rest of the American populace.     The United Kingdom and its Canadian and German supporters did this to the U.S. government and its populace without even a declaration of war.  I suspect the misunderstanding about the Supreme Commander position and my biological parents’ murders may be due to the fact that the then current German Hannover could not obtain admittance to Harvard, and wanted my father’s law degree and identity to pretend he was the descendant of a U.S. President and ruin American democracy.

The 1960s were the most violent time the world has ever known.     It was far more than the Cuban missile crisis or the threat of nuclear war.     It was the chronic abuse of technology by the United Kingdom, Germany and Soviet Union.     The United Kingdom and Germany were far more deadly to the U.S. populace than the Soviet Union ever was however, and my genetic makeup is why I am a publicly known Soviet/Russian military informant, although my late biological father was not.     As a matter of fact, OVER ONE THIRD of the U.S. populace are also presently labeled Soviet/Russian military informants, over a hundred million people!     This Soviet/Russian military informant category spans race, religion and gender, and in no way is easy to define, although most people are not aware they have this status with the U.S. and Russian governments.     Treaties ending the Cold War assured both sides that their informants would retain their citizenships, identities, personal property and government benefits immune from prosecution.

The British must cease and desist recognizing Wessex immediately, due to these simple facts:

1. Even if Edward is clinically diagnosed as mildly retarded, it is not my responsibility as a U.S. and Russian citizen to babysit him or pay these unnecessary security costs due to his impersonating me.  I recently found out about Edward’s diagnosis as of June 2020, when apparently domestically and internationally this has been publicly known since at least the mid-1980s.  There was no excuse to illegally recognize Wessex without my knowledge or consent as the descendant of seven generations of Harvard graduates, and this type of tactic from these governments is ridiculous and had led to mass rioting and looting.
   

2. ‘Count Edward’ is a relative of the Edward who had renounced the English throne to marry Wallis Simpson, and can easily find other places than Wessex in the present ‘official’ British monarchy with which to squat, since I am no biological relation to any of them.
   

3. No notification of the United Kingdom’s intent to publicly recognize Wessex was given to me personally, and knowledge of my biological ancestry was maliciously withheld from me by the United Kingdom, German, Canadian and United States governments until much later.
   

4. Personally, I have far too many other responsibilities to babysit the British on this, and I am sure that at this point, the rest of the world is tired of the British as well.
   

5. There will be no physical border change between the United States and Canada or the United States and Mexico, regardless of any magnetic pole shift.     To endorse this is treason against the United States government and I will not authorize any border changes as the noble von Bismarck noble land title.
   

6. The U.K. must keep out of U.S. affairs, in compliance with the U.S. Monroe Doctrine and Declaration of Independence, as the United States is an INDEPENDENT and SOVEREIGN country from Canada and/or the United Kingdom.
   

7. It is a copyright violation and illegal internationally.
   

8. Internationally, too many countries are tired of the technology and satellite abuse, death threats, terrorist tactics, murders, organized crime and corruption emanating from the United Kingdom, Hannover and Canada.
